Alpha Summit Insurance Services ("ASIS," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle information collected through this website and its appointment-booking form. It does not replace privacy notices that an insurance carrier or other provider may give you when you apply for coverage.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you request a 30-minute call through the SimplyWork calendar embedded on this website, the form collects your name, phone number, email address, and selected appointment time. You may also provide information in the optional Additional Information box and choose whether to receive company content through the separate optional checkbox. The booking form does not ask for medical information, Social Security numbers, or payment details. Please do not put sensitive health, financial, or identity information in the booking note.

The website and embedded calendar providers may also process technical information, such as browser or device details, log data, and cookie-related information, to operate and protect their services. The embedded calendar is provided through SimplyWork CRM, powered by LeadConnector.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use booking details to schedule and manage your requested call, contact you about it, respond to your questions, and discuss insurance options you choose to explore. We send company content only if you select the optional marketing checkbox. You may ask us to stop those messages at any time by replying to a message or contacting us below. A booking is not an insurance application and does not put coverage in force.

MEDICAL QUESTIONS AND INSURANCE APPLICATIONS

If you choose to discuss eligibility or apply for coverage, medical questions may arise during the insurance conversation or a carrier's application process. Please provide health information only through the appropriate insurance process, not in the booking note. If you ask us to assist with an application, information may be shared with the carrier for that purpose. The carrier determines what information it requires and makes the underwriting decision under its own privacy practices and applicable law.

WHEN INFORMATION IS SHARED

We use Google Sites to host this website and SimplyWork CRM, powered by LeadConnector, to provide appointment scheduling and related CRM services. Booking details are sent to the scheduling provider so it can create and manage your appointment. The optional Additional Information response is saved with the appointment and appears in appointment details in the CRM; it does not automatically appear as a note in the contact record. These service providers may process information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND DO NOT TRACK

Google Analytics is not enabled on this site, and ASIS does not use advertising pixels or cross-site ad tracking. The embedded calendar provider may use cookies or similar technologies under its own practices. You can review LeadConnector's privacy policy at https://www.leadconnectorhq.com/privacy-policy. This website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals; ASIS does not use this site for cross-site targeted advertising. Third-party services may have separate practices and settings.

RETENTION AND PRIVACY REQUESTS

We keep booking information for as long as reasonably needed to schedule and follow up on your request, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Insurance application and policy records may be subject to separate or longer retention requirements. We do not apply one fixed retention period to every type of record. A request to delete information cannot require us to erase records we must retain by law or for another permitted purpose.

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information ASIS maintains. Where privacy law gives you additional rights, we will handle requests as required by that law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when law permits or requires it. Information held by an insurer or service provider is also subject to that organization's processes and privacy practices.

CALIFORNIA INSURANCE PRIVACY

When you apply for insurance or enter another covered insurance relationship, separate California and federal insurance privacy notice requirements may apply. This website notice does not replace any notice, authorization, or choice that a carrier or insurance licensee is required to provide for that relationship.
